Failed transfers
When link creation or signing fails.
Creation failed
- Network error — retry with stable connection
- Assembly error on NDA — check jurisdiction fields in Account information
- Upload interrupted — re-select the file
Signing failed (recipient)
- All required fields and checkboxes must be completed
- Signature pad must have ink — draw before submitting
- NDA review checkbox must be checked
- Try desktop or another mobile browser if touch drawing fails
