Cancel subscription

1. Open Pro settings (or Settings → Payment & billing → Manage plan)
2. Click Cancel subscription
3. Confirm — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

After cancellation

• You keep paid features until the period ends
• Then your account moves to the Free plan
• Storage above 512 MB may block new uploads until you delete files or resubscribe
• Custom branding stops applying to new recipient views
• NDA records and signature logs are retained; hosted files follow your retention setting

Reactivate

Before the period ends, use Reactivate subscription in Pro settings. After it ends, upgrade again from /pricing.
