Steps for recipients
- Complete signing on the /s/… page
- Allow cookies for sendbylaw.com
- On the access page, click download or open link
- If redirected from sign page, wait a few seconds for auto-unlock
Signed NDA PDF wrong or empty
Senders: download signed PDF from Dashboard → link detail. It includes the recipient signature.

- Scroll to reach sign button and access controls
- Hard refresh if the page looks blank
- Draw signature slowly on the pad
