Before creating a link, you configure how the NDA behaves and how long hosted data is kept.

NDA configuration

• NDA type — mutual, one-way, etc. (template-based links)
• Jurisdiction / governing law — from your account location and template library
• Duration — how long confidentiality obligations last
• Relationship — context between parties
• Content type — what kind of material is shared

Data retention (hosted files)

• Free: 7 days default
• Paid: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or Forever
• After retention expires, hosted file bytes are removed; NDA and signature records remain

Sender signature

You sign the NDA as disclosing party before sharing. Use a saved signature from Settings or draw a new one.
