Password
Change or recover your password.
Change password (signed in)
- Open Settings → Profile & security
- Enter current password and new password
- Save — you stay signed in on this device
Forgot password
- Open the sign-in page and click Forgot password?
- Enter your account email — we send a reset link (expires in 1 hour)
- Open the link and choose a new password
- Sign in with your new password — all other sessions are signed out

If email is not configured on the server, contact legal@sendbylaw.com for manual reset help.
Tip
Use Log out all devices after changing your password if you suspect unauthorized access.
