In SendbyLaw, a “transfer” is an NDA-protected link you send to someone. They sign the NDA, then access your file or external URL.

Protect an external link

1. Sign in and go to the home page
2. Paste the URL you want to protect in the link field
3. Configure the NDA (type, jurisdiction, duration, etc.)
4. Preview and sign as the sender
5. Accept platform Terms and create the link
6. Copy the short link, QR code, or share to contacts

Send uploaded files

1. On the home page, drop files in the upload zone or click to browse
2. Supported: images, video, PDF, Office documents, code, and more (up to 200 MB on Free, 1 GB on Pro, 4 GB on Ultra)
3. Configure the NDA as above
4. Create the link and send it to your recipient

Use your own NDA

Instead of a generated template, choose Bring your own NDA and upload your document. Recipients sign your text, not a SendbyLaw template.
