Upload / download problems
Troubleshoot file uploads and downloads.
Upload fails
- Check remaining storage — Free has 512 MB total
- Check file size — Free 200 MB, Basic 300 MB, Pro 1 GB, Ultra 4 GB per file
- Check file type — blocked types return an error at upload
- Stable connection — large files need time; do not close the tab
- Browser: Safari and Chrome work best; disable aggressive blockers
Download fails (recipient)
- Recipient must sign the NDA first
- Hosted file may have expired per retention setting
- Link may have been deleted by sender
- Try another browser or network
